Evidence-based treatment options are available, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. At Jericho Counselling Services we also integrate Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, mindfulness, self-compassion and embodiment techniques, to meet our clients’ individual needs.

Sliding Scale Services

We want you to get the support that you need, and understand that fees can sometimes make psychotherapy inaccessible. We provide sliding scale services based on your personal financial situation. Please contact to discuss.

Fees

Our services are currently $120 per 50 minute session, and can be paid by cash, cheque or e-transfer.

Jericho Counselling provides psychotherapy appointments both in-person, by phone or online. Our in-person appointments are located at 264 Welland Ave (Unit 2E) in St. Catharines. You can also contact to arrange an online appointment. Book an appointment here.
